The hotel's location is ideal for camping enthusiasts seeking remoteness. the breakfast spread is excellent and the staff is great. issues with the AC make for an uncomfortable sleep and dirty towels and bathrooms are unacceptable.
The room service experience was terrible.

We had good time at the hotel and will be returning here soon. Everywhere in the room was very clean. Services were GREAT, no complains at all. It is not far from the airport.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was nicely decorated and cozy. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and varied.
Our overall experience was disappointing. the air conditioning was not effective and the bathroom was not clean.

The hotel provided immediate room service despite our late arrival. Complementary breakfast was of good quality. Mr Ramachandran, the General Manager, provided excellent service. Staff, room, cleanliness, location, parking space.
It was all superb.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. With easy access to restaurants and other necessities, it made our stay comfortable. the staff were cute and accommodating, ensuring that we had a great experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, and they offered a delicious complimentary breakfast.

Great location with many restaurants and amenities easily accessible from the hotel. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good for a three-star hotel. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
The room did not meet our expectations. The air conditioning was not effective and the bathroom was not very clean. It was disappointing to find that the towels provided were also dirty. While we had a good experience with the staff, the management could have done better to maintain the cleanliness and equipment in the rooms.
